Last week I was moving a client whom had inherited this drag when she purchased her previous home.  The previous owner of her home either forgot this or left this behind.  She never used it.  There is a little rust at the junction of the bar that connects to the tractor.,,there is minimal rust other than the junction. There is some old mud, for the most.  This seems to work just fine.
This is available for local pickup in Brookfield, CT, you may make your own arrangements, if you live along the east east feel free to contact me as we have trucks going up and down the east coast on a regular basis.
