This unit was checked out and tested by Duplo and they recommended that the sponge rollers be replace due to flat spots and made the repair.   The Duplo explained that when the units are not used and sit idle they develop flat spots on the rollers. This is vey common and to avoid you must keep the unit powered on and auto cycle if not in use. So if your not buying from a working environment you will have this expense (0).
