    Description

    This listing is for a brand new fairy costume ,size tot which fits a size 2-3T. The leotard is a velvet spandex, it has an attached 3 layer pointed flyer skirt of organdy and glittered chiffon NOTE: the glittered chiffon on the top skirt and the wings has a distinctive odor (it is the glue), that will fade when aired but it is pretty strong when you first get it. THis is normal. The wings have to be pinned on. Free Tiara, the tiara you see on the model is included. The retail on this costume, wings and tiara was and the item is perfect, no irregularities.
