    This listing is for BUMPER WASHER, the head of the axle will fit down in this end cap.  It goes on the end opposite of the treads.. This end cap fits a 1-1/8" square axle.
    This cap is roughly 6" across and 1" thick

    Please keep in mind that this is cast part for a harrow.  It will not be and exact 1-1/8" x 1-1/8" square, it will have a little slop.  This is not a problem or defect,that is just how they are made.
