scarecrow costume hooded top pants and hat (shedding lint) Med/Large child?

Description

This is a 2 piece, and normally I know more about a costume than I do this one. It looks like a medium to large child but there is no internal size tag, The hat has a foam backing that is coming apart so I bagged it separately and I am including it but you may want to take it apart and use it as a pattern to make a hat out of felt. The top ties in the back to be secure around the head. I don't know what all that cording is about, it is attached at the wrist and there was a separate piece I am assuming is a belt. This costume had to come from Rubies,Morris or Forum as those are the only costume companies I buy from. tghtsrmcrnrbx
