Vintage Floral Design Metal Rim Vanity Tray Glazed Perfume Handles & Footed

This is a vintage vanity tray.
This is a beautiful piece.
It is 10 1/2 inches wide, 5 3/4 inches
deep and  1 1/2 inches tall.
There is no maker or company marks,
just some numbers on the bottom.
The floral part is not glass, but not sure what it is.
It feels like maybe glazed metal.
Excellent condition to the floral part.
The metal has some oxidation, but still in very good
vintage condition.
Needs a good cleaning/polishing.
